What platforms do you support?
I primarily support creators managing content across platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, and similar channels. I focus on backend organization and tracking rather than direct posting or engagement.
Do you monitor brand deal emails?
I do not provide full inbox management. However, for monthly clients, I can review sponsorship-related emails and log deliverables and deadlines into your tracking system.
What tools do you use?
I build systems using Google Sheets and Google Docs. If you already have an existing system, I can organize and optimize what you’re currently using.
Is this ongoing support or a one-time setup?
Both options are available. You can choose a one-time system setup or monthly backend support depending on your needs.
What information do you need to get started?
I’ll need a general overview of your posting schedule, current sponsorship commitments (if any), and the platforms you’re managing. From there, I’ll design a structured system tailored to your workflow.
Do you post content on my behalf?
This service focuses on backend organization and tracking. I do not directly post content or manage engagement unless discussed separately.
How many platforms are included?
Packages typically support up to 2–3 platforms. If you manage more, we can adjust scope before starting.
How many sponsorships can you track?
Tracking volume depends on your selected package. If your current sponsorship load exceeds typical capacity, we’ll confirm scope before work begins.
Will you customize the system to my workflow?
Yes. I build systems around how you actually create and manage content, not generic templates.
