I'm an International Logistics & Supply Chain professional who has spent 2 decades running global trade operations, EXIM compliance, and end-to-end logistics for manufacturing and chemical organizations — Maersk, MSC & other carriers contract negotiations, high-stakes carrier deals, time-critical cross-border shipments, and the last-minute changes that never show up in the plan. Here's what makes my approach different: I don't firefight. I build repeatable, reliable systems so growth doesn't outrun the supply chain behind it. System Thinking like Engineers.
