I oversee the technical aspects of projects, including the preparation and verification of technical specifications, calculation reports, quantity estimates, purchase requisitions, detailed plans, and single-line diagrams. Delivering projects in a variety of stages of maturity, including Feasibility Studies, Concept Designs, FEED Studies, Value Engineering and Detailed Design. Supervise and perform various electrical engineering activities, including power system studies, development of single line diagrams, preparation of load summaries, substation layout drawings, material take-offs, and preparation of priced bills of materials. Sizing of on-grid/off-grid PV systems and PV power plants, including load analysis, equipment selection, and system configuration. Provide engineering support and solve queries during construction, testing, and commissioning, attend site meetings and inspections. Perform load flow, short circuit, motor starting, and arc flash studies using tools like ETAP or DIgSILENT. Review vendor documents and ensure conformity with project specifications. Support site installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of electrical systems. Provided mentoring and technical guidance to junior engineers; contributed to the development of internal design standards and workflows.
