How many stores have you worked with?
We have worked with hundreds of stores on Fiverr alone and our reviews speak for themselves. But, if you really want to see what we are all about, check out LifeLessOrdinaryCo on Etsy (better yet, just type morse code bracelet / travel journal into Etsy!)
Why should I work with you?
Not only have we already done it, we are doing it right now. As you read this, we are working on our own store and improving all the time. Beyond that, we don't hide anything from you. Your shop report will contain years of our experience and our coaching calls are a great way to speed up learning.
Which package should I choose?
Choose basic to get an outside perspective from an expert Choose standard to see our approach in action Choose premium to dive deeper and master that approach
Do you only work on Etsy?
Life Less Ordinary is a multi-channel e-commerce business and we work on a variety of platforms. But there is a difference between "I can do it" and "I am an expert". We can offer advice on many areas, but we only offer services for Etsy.
Do you have to login to my Etsy store?
No. If you prefer not to share your login details, we can send the work by PDF for you to upload. Please note that does leave you with a little more work to do to upload it and, because we are on the outside, we can't access some useful information like your data.
What do I need to get started?
All we need is: 1) A store to work on 2) Products to optimise. The products can already be in your store OR you can send us the imagery and info to upload them.
When will my store be completed?
Once we have everything we need, we'll schedule your job for the next available date. Please note we don't provide you with a completion date until we have what we need.
What if I stop responding whilst the job is in progress?
We make every effort to keep in regular contact on Fiverr and by sending calendar invites as meeting reminders. If we are unable to reach you, we will deliver your job as a PDF for you to upload.
