-- Updated and maintained multiple logs of air, road, and sea freight shipments of large hospital healthcare equipment such as ultrasound imagining readers, CT scanners, and MRI machines being imported and exported in and out of the United Kingdom from countries worldwide. -- Processed and filed paperwork containing airway bills, invoices, broker forms, customs import permissions, and serial numbers using online cloud-based platforms from shipping brokers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS within pre-assigned time limits and deadlines. (48 hours to 30 days depending on the shipment.). -- Inspected C88, E2, Invoices, Airway Bill, Seaway Bill, And Road Bill, Clearance Instructions, CPC Codes, and Commodity Codes from different countries. -- Preference Log. (Updated the Preference Log monthly and checked to make sure each shipment claimed the correct Preferential Country Origin and did it in HMRC Compliance standards.). -- Import Tracker Log. (Updated the Import Tracker Log weekly to check that shipments have cleared and all of the information on file matched what was submitted with the shipment.). -- Full Entries Log 2022 And 2021. (Updated the MSS Full Entries Log daily and checked to make sure that all of the entries that have cleared have all of the correct documents and that they are filled out and submitted correctly, and that they are in HMRC Compliance.). -- Filed Paperwork. -- Followed-up for incorrect or missing paperwork with companies such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS. (Chased/ asked for missing paperwork and asked for amendments.). -- Cross-referenced and cross-checked between different logs looking for HMRC country compliance specific standards. -- Used Microsoft Sharepoint to create file folders, file paperwork, and keep track of documents. -- Sent, received, and filed emails monitoring the department group Vendor Imports email inbox.
