One revision included on all packages. It covers errors on my end, mispronunciation, missed script points, or editing errors. Creative direction changes or full concept overhauls aren’t included and will be quoted separately. Video concept will be approved by you before filming begins.
How do I send my product?
After ordering I'll send my shipping details directly.
Can I get raw footage?
Not included by default but available as an add-on, just ask.
How long does delivery take?
5 days for Basic and Standard, 7 days for Premium after I receive your product and brief. Message me before ordering if you have a hard deadline.
Where do you film?
Kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and outdoors. I'm in rural New Brunswick with all 4 seasons, Hank films outside year-round.
Do you write the script?
Yes, I handle full scriptwriting and hook ideation. Just send your product benefits, brand guidelines, and any must-mention points and I'll take it from there.
Do your packages include usage rights?
Yes. Basic includes 3 months, Standard 6 months, Premium 12 months, all covering paid ads on Meta, TikTok, and Instagram.
