My background is hands-on. Through Stayez Sport, a sport creative agency based in Bogor - Jakarta, I've designed for local communities, events and teams that needed more than a template. That's where I learned what sport organizations actually want bold, functional and on brand without the back and forth that eats up time before game day.

Responsible for the visual communication and digital content output of a government agency covering East Jakarta's urban parks and green spaces. The role operates across four disciplines: graphic design, photography, videography and post production editing. Day-to-day work includes designing promotional materials and event documentation, shooting and editing video content for official platforms, and managing the agency's social media visual presence. Projects range from single-day event coverage to multi-format campaigns tied to city programs and public events. Working within a government structure with real deadlines and public-facing output built a consistent standard for delivery quality and turnaround not just creative output, but reliable production under actual operational pressure.

Stayez Sport is a sport creative agency based in Bogor, focused on visual identity, content production, and event branding for sport communities across the Bogor - Jakarta area. As Creative Director, I oversee the full creative output of the agency from brand identity development and event poster design to social media content strategy and on-ground photography and videography. Projects include community branding for basketball and futsal organizations, tournament promotional materials, and recurring content kits for sport clubs managing their own digital presence. The work here is what sharpened the understanding of what sport organizations actually need visually not just aesthetics, but design that functions across print, screen, jersey and social media simultaneously.
