This gig offers a complete set of planning drawings for residential heat pump installations no matter the house size. Whether you're a homeowner or an engineer assisting a client, I can deliver accurate and compliant plans.
Before ordering, please message me with your project details for preliminary checks and to allow me to recommend the best package.
You'll need to provide:
- Full property address
- Applicant's full name
- OS map location plan (I can supply this for an extra fee if needed)
- Photos on all 4 sides of the property (except party walls)
- The heat pumps PDF technical sheet from the supplier's website
You'll receive:
A full planning drawing set showing the current property and the proposed pump location, comprising of existing and proposed site plan, floor plans and elevations.
Workflow:
- Send sketches and required info
- Draft set is delivered for review
- Request changes if needed (1 revision round included)
- Final drawings delivered
Further revisions beyond the included 1 round may incur extra charges.
