Sobre este Serviço
Need a fillable PDF form that calculates totals by itself and gets signed on screen? Unformatted Word files and flat documents slow down client intake and look unprofessional.
I build custom interactive forms in Adobe Acrobat: text fields, multiline boxes, dropdowns, checkboxes, radio buttons, auto-calculations (totals, tax, discounts), field validation, digital signature blocks, file-upload buttons and Submit/Print/Save/Reset actions - branded to your logo, fonts and colors, and tested to fill perfectly on Windows, Mac and mobile.
Perfect for: client intake, order forms and price lists with totals, invoices and quotes, registration and enrollment, medical or dental intake, HR job applications, inspection reports.
You get: a print-ready and web-optimized PDF, a fill-test before delivery, and a 7-day free fix window.
Send your Word or flat-file draft, logo and calculation rules - I will quote your fillable pdf form with calculation.

Perguntas frequentes
Does it auto-calculate totals and tax?
Yes. I build Acrobat calculations for line totals, subtotals, tax, discounts and grand totals, with field validation so wrong entries are caught before submission.
Will it work on phone and Mac?
Yes. I test every delivery in Adobe Reader, Chrome and Edge on Windows, Mac, Android and iOS before sending, so your clients fill and sign without paid software.
Can you convert my Word or paper form?
Yes. Send Word, PDF, Excel or a scanned/paper form. I rebuild the layout cleanly, then add the interactive fields. Scanned sources are quoted per page first.
Do you add signature and submit buttons?
Yes, digital signature fields plus Submit-by-email, Save, Print and Reset buttons. Need a DocuSign or PandaDoc ready export? It is available as a gig extra.
What do you need from me to start?
Your finalized text (Word/PDF), logo, the calculation rules (e.g. tax percent), and where submissions should go (email or URL). Missing something? Message me first.

Absolutely spot-on! I’m quite fussy with details, but this seller delivered exactly what I needed—quickly, clearly, and with real care. The communication was polite, efficient, and precise throughout. Even with my specific requests, they understood me right away and got everything just right. Genuinely...
