● Developed new features and modernized legacy components for the Aladdin Research Platform, a Micro Frontend (MFE) Angular application built entirely with TypeScript. ● Led the migration of the frontend from Angular 16 to Angular 18, upgrading the TypeScript compiler, framework dependencies, project configurations, and third-party libraries including AG Grid while resolving compatibility issues. ● Designed and implemented a reusable TypeScript context menu library that standardized global context menu positioning and behavior, then migrated existing application modules to adopt the shared library. ● Developed reusable Angular UI components using Angular, RxJS, NgRx, TypeScript, and AG Grid to improve maintainability and user experience. ● Wrote and maintained Jest unit and integration tests to improve application reliability and reduce regressions. ● Developed internal TypeScript automation scripts and refactored SQL queries to be ANSI SQL compliant, ensuring compatibility across both Sybase ASE and Microsoft SQL Server during database migration. ● Collaborated with backend engineers during the migration from Sybase ASE to Microsoft SQL Server, validating query compatibility and assisting with database modernization efforts.
