What file format will I be receiving?
The final edited file will either be delivered in Jpeg or Png.
How many photos do you edit for 1 gig?
1 photo per gig.
What do I get if I order the gig extra for the SOURCE FILE?
You will get the photoshop file better know as PSD file. It is a layered file where you can edit the design, mainly text, photo enhancement setting and background. You need adobe photoshop software to be able to edit the source file.
How soon can you get the editing done?
This is a 24 hours express gig. It Will normally take an hour or two to get the photo edited.
I purchase your Gig. What do I do now? Am I done?
No. You need to proceed to the order page to fill up the requirements and upload your image there. Your order will only start when the requirements and images are submitted there. You should also keep an eye on your order message, in case I have questions concerning your order.
How many free amendments do I get?
All orders came with 3 free amendments/revisions requests only. Additional $5 for each additional request after the 3 free provided.
Can I request for my work to be kept confidential?
Yes. After rating your experience, an image of your order will be displayed alongside your feedback. If you don’t want the image shared with the community, simply click on the minus sign in the upper right corner of the image. This will remove it from the seller’s Live Portfolio.
Are you comfortable in editing image that contains nudity?
Yes. I am ok with photos that contains nudity. I have buyers who are into Boudoir photography and frequently send in their photos for me to get them edited. Boudoir photography is a photographic style featuring intimate, romantic, and sometimes erotic images.
Can you change the background of my photo?
In most cases, yes. I can find or create a free background image for you from our own image resources. Please contact me with your image to check if the background can be changed or not.
Will you claim the copyright?
No, I do not claim any copyright to the retouched/edited images submitted by you, and you are always the only copyright owner.
