Need to build a Django REST Framework endpoint, connect an external API, receive webhook events, or fix an integration that is not working?
I am a backend developer with hands-on experience using Django, Django REST Framework, and PostgreSQL in production projects. My work has included booking-platform webhooks, reservation and calendar synchronization, payments, background jobs with Celery and RabbitMQ, S3 storage, and third-party API integrations.

Hi, I’m Alex. I’ve been building and maintaining PHP applications since 2008, mainly with Laravel and Symfony. I work on existing backends: fixing difficult bugs, building REST APIs, integrating payments and third-party services, and solving database or queue-related issues.

Do I need to contact you before ordering?
Yes. API integrations can vary significantly in complexity. Please send the API documentation, your current stack, and the expected data flow. I will confirm the appropriate package before you order.
Can you work with an existing Django project?
Yes. I can add features or fix integrations in an existing codebase, provided the project can be installed and the issue can be reproduced. Legacy or incomplete setups may require a custom offer.
Which technologies do you support in this Gig?
This Gig is focused on Python, Django, and Django REST Framework, usually with PostgreSQL. I can also work with Celery, RabbitMQ, Docker, and AWS services when they are part of the existing project.
What counts as one endpoint or webhook event?
One endpoint is one URL and HTTP method combination. One webhook event is one event type and its processing flow. Additional methods, payload mappings or providers may count separately.
Can you integrate payment services?
Yes. I have experience with Stripe, PayPal and accounting-related integrations. I will need the provider documentation and access to a sandbox or test environment before implementation.
Will you need access to my project?
Usually yes. Repository access, setup instructions and test credentials may be required. Please use temporary or restricted credentials and never share passwords or production secrets publicly.
What is included in a revision?
A revision covers corrections to the implementation agreed in the original scope. New endpoints, providers, workflows or business rules are not revisions and require an extra or custom offer.
