I am Atlassian Certified Jira specialist with 12+ years of practice and 2000+ hours of Jira Administration. I help clients make the most use of Jira Software | Service Desk | Work Management (Cloud and Server).
My strengths are automation using Script Runner and Automation add-ons, as well as Jira integrations with Microsoft Project & Slack.
My approach is to be a BA before doing any task. I try to understand client needs and requirements. I develop a prototype or simulate the case in my test environment. Then I suggest effective ways to accomplish the task based on my experience.
