I will do spreadsheet cleanup and data reconciliation

I clean messy Excel and CSV files so they are easier to use and easier to check. This can include correcting inconsistent data, removing duplicates, standardising formats and reconciling the finished file to an agreed total or record count.

Before I start, tell me what the completed result needs to match. That might be total revenue, the number of customers, transaction counts or another figure you already trust.

You will receive:

• A separate cleaned file, with your original left untouched
• Data correction, deduplication and formatting
• A short log of the changes made
• A list of anything that could not be resolved safely
• A reconciliation check where applicable

I will not change values when the correct answer is unclear. I will flag those rows and explain what needs your input.
