I currently work with Boss Empire on online course setup and digital product management, a role I’ve held since 2024. In this position, I support the end-to-end development and optimization of online courses, ensuring they are well-structured, user-friendly, and designed to deliver a smooth learning experience. My responsibilities include organizing course content into clear modules and lessons, uploading and managing course materials, and configuring the platform to ensure seamless access for students. This involves optimizing course and sales pages to enhance conversions, refining the checkout process, and ensuring that all elements are aligned to encourage higher enrollment rates. In addition, I assist with implementing basic marketing strategies to support course visibility and growth. This includes helping position the course effectively, aligning content with audience needs, and supporting promotional efforts during launches or special campaigns. Working closely with Candice has also allowed me to provide ongoing technical and strategic support, ensuring the platform continues to run smoothly while adapting to new opportunities for growth. This experience has strengthened my ability to manage digital products, improve user engagement, and contribute to revenue-focused strategies within the online education space.
