Welcome! My name is Angel Diaz, LSW and I am a Psychotherapist and a trained Life Coach with a background in human behavior. I hold a master's degree from the University of Chicago with a concentration on clinical mental health studies. I have past experience in counseling, coaching, and case management among other services.
In my coaching sessions, you can find me utilizing the best person-centered practices to bring you meaningful progress. In coaching, I specialize in mental health wellness which embodies a survey look at our mindset, motivation, accountability, and self-care.

A Life coach is perfect in partnering with to address general stressors and the anxious feelings that arise with dealing with them. As well as addressing negative thinking patterns, life transitions, and improving relationship skills.
What approaches do you use?
I use a holistic person-focused approach, cultivating a safe space to survey general parts of your life and goals. This is also a space where you can bring anything up, whenever. Let's spend some time on it.
What is a LSW / LSCW?
Licensed Social Workers & Licensed Clinical Social Workers are SW practitioners with a master's degree and are trained to provide clinical counseling. LCSW' can diagnose and treat mental Illnesses independently*, however LSW cannot until completion of 3,000+ supervised patient hours + LCSW exam.
