Terrible experience with Zack. He charged me 30% extra without providing extra service and overall process became frustrating for me. Although he was very polite during the project.

I paid extra for a fade animation, and while it works properly on desktop, it is not functioning correctly on iOS devices. On iOS, the animations only load after about 50% of the scroll is completed. This issue needs improvement and proper optimization from the seller to ensure consistent performance across all devices.
