Mandate types, not client names: • Asset management and operating oversight across a career book well over $500M • Development mandates well over $250M • Construction and repositioning / value-add work well over $200M • Business consulting for operators and owners: model, operations, vendors, market entry, and capital decisions • Now specifying AI and systems only where they change cost, control, or throughput Markets: Canada, United States, Caribbean. Building active work in Asia (India, China, Korea and Singapore) and Africa (regional). Engagement style: fixed-scope products. Diagnostic, screen, or integration blueprint. Delivered and done. On-site operational work available when the mandate requires it. Discretion is part of the mandate. No public client list. Private equity, family, and corporate work stays off the record. When needed, I run quiet global investment intelligence: markets, operators, assets, counterparties, and entry paths. You get the brief. The source trail and the client name do not. Higher fee when the work must stay invisible — cross-border screens, off-market mapping, and “find out if this is real” research before anyone knows you asked.
