Ahsan is definitely an experience QA tester. He highlighted key issues and bugs in the web app. My only concern was that he didn't execute against the provided test plan; he eventually updated the test plan. Overall, his services are excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

I created a list of requirements for testing. Specifically wanted to test integrations and backend. Got bugs for unrelated stuff and no back end testing results. Got some backend testing after requesting a revision but not much.

Expected to have report that really helpful, in fact I got small report not for 70+ pages obviously, some issues that he wrote were duplicates, probably to increase number of issues, some bugs were related to design which I think is not QA task, moreover I found minimum 7 bugs by myself after, I asked...
