Very disappointed and gave ample time to correct. The original format was one that I could not open - if you go with them be sure that you request a format you can open (request mp4 for example). did not follow instructions - i asked to remove background items - they removed background items and blurred...

Great communication and dedication! Although it took a couple of revisions to get the exact look I wanted, the seller was incredibly patient and followed all instructions carefully in the end.
