I’m someone who understands what it feels like to be stuck in cycles of distraction, low motivation, and mental overwhelm. BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN THERE.
Being an ADHDer, I’ve experienced many phases in life where even simple tasks felt difficult to start and continue. That prompted me to study neuroscience, psychology and also engaged in behavioral therapy practices to better understand how our brain processes attention and motivation.
