I'm very happy with the collaboration so far. They're very responsive, implement feedback, and provide great value for money. The only tiny issue was with understanding the spoken English of one of the team members, but it wasn't a big deal, because there were always 2-3 members on the call, and in the end everythingw as delivered smoothly
