He fell short on everything. I sent four videos of instruction and he still failed to deliver. My website just needed to be updated and he couldn't deliver.

The final deliverable did not fully meet the original requirements and expectations. As a paying customer, I found myself having to go back and make several detailed additions and corrections on my own to bring the project to completion.
