As Head of Sales & Business Development, I lead the company’s revenue growth strategy by driving client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives. Key responsibilities include: • Leading sales strategy and business development initiatives for software solutions, ERP systems, web development, and mobile applications. • Identifying and developing new B2B opportunities through strategic outreach, partnerships, and digital channels. • Managing the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation and prospecting to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure. • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with enterprise clients, SMEs, and institutional partners. • Collaborating with product and development teams to align client requirements with customized technology solutions. • Expanding market presence through partnerships with universities, industry organizations, and corporate clients. • Designing and implementing scalable sales processes, CRM workflows, and performance metrics for the sales team. • Representing the company in industry meetings, corporate collaborations, and strategic negotiations. Through these initiatives, I contribute to strengthening Edusoft’s position as a provider of business automation, ERP solutions, web development, and IT consultancy services across multiple sectors.
