Arabic WhatsApp Lead-to-Booking Automation Architected a configuration-driven booking automation (n8n, Supabase, Cal.com, Claude 5 Sonnet) that converts inbound WhatsApp leads from Meta Ads into booked consultations in native Arabic, with intelligent language switching, intent classification, and clean human handoff built multi-tenant so new clients are a config change, not a rebuild. 3. AI Live Chat Agent (Website) Built and deployed a real-time AI assistant embedded on ITCybx's website that answers visitor questions on pricing, services, and growth audits instantly, qualifying leads before handoff to the sales team. Owned architecture decisions, database schema design, AI integration, and end-to-end delivery across both systems.
