I completed a hands-on training session on data management using Microsoft Excel, focused on developing practical and job-oriented skills. This training helped me understand how data is collected, organized, processed, and managed efficiently using Excel tools. During the course, I worked on practical tasks that improved my ability to handle data in a structured way. These included data entry, where I learned to accurately input information into spreadsheets, and data organization, which helped me arrange large datasets in a clear and logical order. A key part of the training focused on formatting spreadsheets to make data more readable and professional. I learned how to adjust cell sizes, apply borders, use colors, and create well-structured tables for better presentation. In addition, I gained experience in sorting and filtering data. Sorting helped me organize data in ascending or descending order, while filtering allowed me to display specific information from large datasets, making data management more efficient. The training also covered basic spreadsheet management skills, including working with multiple sheets and maintaining well-organized workbooks. This improved my understanding of structured data handling and basic data analysis techniques. Overall, this certificate reflects my practical skills in Microsoft Excel and data management. It demonstrates my ability to handle structured data effectively in academic and professional environments.
