To enhance knowledge dissemination, I produced 60+ hours of multimedia learning content, including executive-level podcasts, explainer videos, and virtual talk shows for ministry stakeholders. Through Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and instructional risk assessments, I identified performance gaps and optimized learning strategies, reducing project development timelines from nine months to three months (66% faster). Working closely with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders, I ensured alignment with national training policies.
