I design and configure marketing and business workflows using email marketing platforms, Zapier, CRM integrations, and AI assisted tools. Workflows may include subscriber onboarding, welcome emails, lead follow ups, appointment reminders, form to CRM data transfer, customer notifications, and chatbot support. Test automation triggers, conditions, data mapping, and error handling to ensure workflows behave as intended. Document setup and provide clients with clear handover instructions.
