I am an PropTech Migration & Onboarding Consultant, specializing in helping property owners and managers seamlessly transition to AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, DoorLoop or any P. I have migrated 100s of companies to switch to the new PMS while providing training to ensure they can independently manage their portfolios.
I am a licensed Realtor in New Jersey with over 25 years of experience in Data Migration, Real Estate & finance. To ensure a smooth, accurate, and efficient transition, I can take care of the tasks as mentioned below.

Do you help migrate from other Property management software to AppFolio?
Yes, we have helped our clients to move from Rentech, TenantCloud, Buildium, Doorloop yardi, entrata, propertyware or any PM software to AppFolio.
AppFolio does not do Financial Data Migration. Do you do the historical financial journal migration?
Yes, We can get request very often. We can help you to migrate and do bank reconciliation up to five years of historical data.
