I've been managing MAP DRINKS for over two years, overseeing everything from daily store operations and inventory to sales, customer relationships, and business development. During this time, I've helped the business grow significantly, bringing in new customers and expanding our reach beyond our local area. One of my biggest achievements has been bringing the business online. I led the creation of our website, including a complete product catalogue and a custom back-office system that makes managing products and content easier. I also worked on developing and launching our mobile app, giving customers another way to explore our products. I focused on SEO as well, helping improve our visibility on Google and attract customers who wouldn't normally discover our store. Alongside these digital projects, I continue to manage pricing, suppliers, stock, and customer service. I've also been using AI tools to turn business ideas into practical digital solutions.
