I worked at Opti Merchant from August 2024 to January 2026 as a Google Merchant Center Specialist, where I led the Audit Team focused on resolving account suspensions and item-level errors. My role involved conducting in-depth audits of Merchant Center accounts and identifying policy violations, feed issues, and website compliance gaps that were affecting account performance. During this period, I successfully handled suspension cases related to misrepresentation, policy violations, and product disapprovals. I worked closely with clients to ensure their websites, product feeds, shipping settings, and business information met Google’s requirements. My approach was centred on long-term compliance rather than temporary fixes, ensuring accounts remained stable after reinstatement. Over the course of my tenure, our team completed more than 350 projects and earned over 250 positive reviews on Fiverr. These results reflect my commitment to accuracy, transparency, and delivering reliable solutions for businesses struggling with Google Merchant Center issues. I specialise in providing structured audits, clear action plans, and complete support throughout the review and reinstatement process, helping eCommerce businesses restore their Merchant accounts and improve overall compliance and performance.
