We are Professional EMBROIDERY DIGITIZERS dealing with simple and complex artwork, Lettering, Multi-layer thread patterns, 3D/Puff. We will deliver your embroidery work in all major machine formats running in the industry including EMB, DST, PES, PXF, EXP, VP3, etc.
With every job, we provide a realistic preview of your embroidery design and a PDF file showing stitch count, size, thread layout/color sequence, trims, start/endpoint.
All designs are manually punched/digitized, stitched by using the best software including Wilcom Embroidery Studio and TAJIMA DG16 by Pulse Tajima.

No, you will only get a preview or a scanned sample sew-out (if ordered) before paying :)

Yes! including Styles: Basic, Applique, 3D Puff, lofted, Chain, Flat, and Custom. Types: Logo, Monogram, Team Names, and Custom. Methods: 1: Embroider on products that are open like table cloths, towels, or unstitched garments. 2: Add value to ready-made products by embroidering on like hats etc.
How many edits do you allow?
Unlimited, there are no limits whatsoever on how many edits you need. We will work until fulfillment.
How much time do edits take?
ASAP, because it is an even higher priority than our urgent orders. But it still depends on the amount of work that is required.
Do I need to have any software?
No, you do not need any software for ordering or downloading. But if you wish to edit or view your embroidery design you may need one. It’s entirely up to you what software you choose.
How do urgent orders work?
Urgent orders are set as a high priority and are processed first. The amount of time it will take depends entirely on the complexity and will need the time accordingly.
What format will the production worksheet be?
PDF is the format we will send. Any PDF reader can open this file and are printable too.
