I can do nothing with his delivery. It was of the poorest quality and I missed my deadline with a major publishing agency and he did not care at all. I lost much more than time, I lost a major contract with a major publishing company only because he said that he could deliver in the proper time, and...

It was not an easy assignment but he helped me with all of my requests and I think it came out as good as possible given that I gave him a book formatted in a way that didn't make it super easy to reformat.
