• Assist the MEAL officer in developing, and implementing the monitoring, evaluation accountability, and learning (MEAL) system for programs, ensuring community participation. • Assist the MEAL officer to establish coordination and information systems with project partners and key stakeholders, particularly those responsible for monitoring and evaluation • Prepare relevant data collection and monitoring tools as well as develop the database for storing data and information. • Collate and extract relevant information from the project database on a regular basis, ensuring information/data are available upon request. • Perform regular field visits to ensure the quality of activities implemented and data collected and suggest ways for improvement. • Assist the MEAL officer in pre and post distribution monitoring for projects • Follow up with the project IPTT, collect MoVs, follow up with the data team • Assist the MEAL officer in developing, and implementing the monitoring, evaluation accountability, and learning (MEAL) system for programs, ensuring community participation. • Assist the MEAL officer to establish coordination and information systems with project partners and key stakeholders, particularly those responsible for monitoring and evaluation
