Building a live sports fan-engagement platform end-to-end across three codebases: a Kotlin Multiplatform / Compose Multiplatform mobile app, a Flutter admin web panel, and a Go backend. Implemented the mobile app's registration and login flow using Compose Multiplatform UI, a Ktor HTTP client, and Koin dependency injection, shared across Android and iOS from a single Kotlin codebase. Migrated the Flutter admin panel's state layer to Riverpod 3 and built out the identity-admin module — OTP-gated user management, a shared permissions panel reused across dialogs, and member/guest creation flows. Added a WebSocket layer for real-time admin presence (online/offline indicators) on both the Flutter client and the Go backend. Built backend auth infrastructure in Go: OTP delivery reconciliation between Twilio SMS and a fallback Oracle email provider, JWT-based admin RBAC with seed/bootstrap CLI tooling, and an isolated Docker Compose dev-testing stack. Standardized database migrations on goose and shipped OpenAPI-documented membership-subscription and plan-comparison REST endpoints for the monetization module
