Sobre este Serviço
Fake COD orders cost you shipping both ways. "Where is my order?" messages cost you hours.
I connect your Shopify or WooCommerce store to WhatsApp, so every customer automatically gets:
- An order confirmation with the order details
- A COD confirm request before dispatch (they reply YES or NO)
- Shipped and delivered updates with tracking
- Messages in English or Urdu, with your own wording
You see every order in a dashboard: who confirmed, who cancelled, and which messages failed.
Built properly: verified webhooks, automatic retries if a message fails, and no duplicate messages.
Tech: Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, WhatsApp Business API.
Message me with your store platform and monthly order count. I will suggest the right package honestly.

Perguntas frequentes
Which store platforms do you supoort?
Shopify and WooCommerce. A custom store also works if it can send a webhook when an order changes.
Are there Whatsapp messages fee?
Yes. Meta charges per message through the WhatsApp Business API. These fees are paid by you directly, and I will estimate them for your order volume before we start.
Do i need a Whatsapp Business number?
Yes, a number that is not already used on the normal WhatsApp app. I guide you step by step through the setup.
What happens when a customer replies NO?
The order is marked cancelled in the dashboard, so you do not ship it and you save the delivery cost.
