I specialise in the files basic tools can't handle: scanned PDFs, handwritten forms, low-quality scans, and complex multi-column tables turned into clean data you can actually use.
I extract from:
- PDFs & scanned PDFs (handwritten and low-quality included)
- Invoices, statements, multi-page reports & forms
- Government portals, research papers & financial documents
- Word, Excel, HTML, XML & image files
You get it as:
- Clean CSV, Excel, JSON or Google Sheets
- Or pushed into your database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Supabase) or tools (Airtable, Notion)
AI-powered accuracy:
I combine Google Document AI, Claude/GPT parsing, pdfplumber and Pandas to read merged cells, multi-column layouts and messy formatting that standard converters get wrong.
