Q1: How do you track and report progress during a sprint?
I send a written daily update via Fiverr messages covering: what was completed, what's in progress, and any blockers. At the end of the sprint I deliver a summary report with all commits, decisions made, and recommendations for the next sprint. You always know exactly where things stand.
Q2: What tech stack do you work with?
Backend: Java 17+, Spring Boot 3, Spring Security, Hibernate, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Kafka. Frontend: React 18, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS. DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS EKS/EC2/RDS, GCP. I'm AWS Cloud Practitioner and Google Cloud Engineer certified.
Q3: Can you work within our existing codebase and standards?
Yes — I adapt to your existing conventions, code style, and architecture. I'll review your codebase before starting (included in all packages) and align with your team's standards from day one. I don't impose my preferences on an existing project.
Q4: How do you handle scope changes mid-sprint?
Scope changes happen. When they do, I flag the impact on delivery immediately — not at the end of the sprint. If a change requires more time than the package allows, I'll tell you upfront and we can extend via an additional order. I never silently deprioritize work or deliver half-finished features.
Q5: Can we continue working together after the first sprint?
Yes — ongoing engagement is exactly what this gig is designed for. After your first sprint, you can re-order directly, set up a 3 or 6-month subscription (with discount), or message me to discuss a custom monthly arrangement. Most of my agency clients continue for multiple sprints.
Q6: Do you do code reviews for our existing developers?
Yes — code reviews and PR feedback are included in the Standard and Premium packages. For the Basic package, code review can be added as a gig extra. I provide written review comments with reasoning, not just approvals.
Q7: What is your availability and response time?
I respond within 4 hours during business hours (IST) on Standard, and within 2 hours on Premium. I work Monday to Saturday. For Premium monthly engagements, I reserve dedicated daily capacity so your work is never queued behind other projects.
