Yes, for WordPress fixes I'll need temporary admin/FTP access. I don't store or misuse credentials — happy to have you change your password after the job is done.
What if you can't fix my issue?
Message me first with details before ordering. If I can't help, I'll tell you upfront and won't waste your money.
Do you fix WooCommerce-specific issues?
I handle general WordPress/PHP bugs. For complex WooCommerce payment gateway or checkout logic, message me first to confirm.
Will the bug come back after I update my site?
I look for the root cause, not just a quick patch, so fixes are built to hold up through normal updates. If something breaks again within 7 days of delivery on the Premium package, I'll fix it free.
Can you work on a live site, or do you need a staging environment?
I can work on live sites carefully, but if you have a staging/backup version, that's always safer — let me know what you have.
