Delivered the Phase 1 design/architecture package as agreed (schematics + BOM + firmware flows + payload + test plan). We requested a few clarifications at the end (pin mapping approach, idempotency/buffering specifics) and they clarified quickly. Overall a good, structured Phase 1 outcome.

Sin esa lista no se puede reproducir el proyecto. A día de hoy, esa lista sigue estando mal. No sirve de nada enviar un proyecto a un 80% o 90%...
