Perguntas frequentes
Q.1 What information do you need to start?
Answer: Please share a screenshot or screen recording of the bug, the live site link (if available), and a brief description of what should happen vs. what's actually happening.
Q.2: Do you need access to my code or hosting account?
Answer: For most fixes, a GitHub repo link or shared code files are enough. If the bug only appears in a live environment, I may ask for temporary access — I'll always explain why before requesting it.
Question: What if the bug turns out to be bigger than expected?
Answer: I'll let you know before doing extra work. If it's beyond the package scope, I'll explain why and quote the additional cost — no surprise charges.
Question: Can you fix bugs in a codebase you didn't build?
Answer: Yes — most of my bug-fix clients come from other developers' projects. I'll review the code first to confirm I can take it on before starting.
