The delivery lead time was way delayed than I expected. Clear communication and response is needed from the seller for better clarity in expectation and communication. False commitments and unwillingness to cancel the order even if the delivery time is not met is unprofessional.

Was told I would get a delivery in 2 hours. Yes I was handed the first draft in two hours, but seeing I sent an exact image of what I wanted and the first draft wasn't that exact image, it then took the revision another 24 hours. Not happy!

The service was good value, and the product was a great outcome. Just very slow with responses and delivery times. I will use him again, as he has delivered some quality work. Just hopefully we can get some better respones and turn around time

Thank you! This person was able to give us as many reviews as needed. I would ask for a little more attention to detail next time since we had to state things twice. Otherwise, very worth the cost!

Great partnership with designer! Work was excellent, spot on and met or exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend for amazing email signatures and I am sure so much more. This work will help me stand out in the market. Would def hire again!
