I'm an architect with years of professional experience working with architecture programs like sketchup, autocad, revit, d5 render, photoshop.

I 3d model in sketchup or revit. I can model/recreate whatever space, furniture piece, light fixture, material, etc that is required.

WHAT I DELIVER:

High-quality architectural 3D renderings for 1 space in 24 hours
At least 2 images per space

WHAT I REQUIRE:

Floorplan in PDF/DWG if any
Sketches, photos or reference images if any

Basic - $120/day

1 set of reasonable revisions
Ideal for clients with a clear vision and minimal changes

Standard - $150/day

2 sets of reasonable revisions
clients needing reasonable edits after the first render.

Premium - $180/day

3 sets of reasonable revisions
