Usually within 4–12 hours of ordering, as long as the repo or a code snippet is accessible. Premium orders get priority same-day attention. The faster you share the error and repo access, the faster I can reproduce and start fixing — most bugs I diagnose the same day I get access.

I always investigate first before charging. If I genuinely can't reproduce or diagnose the issue after a real attempt, I refund you in full — I only take payment when I can actually fix it. In practice this is rare: with repo access and clear reproduction steps, I reproduce almost everything.

Standard covers up to 3 related bugs in one order. If you've got many unrelated bugs across different modules, message me first — I'll scope it honestly and send a custom offer so you're not overpaying or underscoping. I'd rather quote it right than surprise you.

Standard and Premium include a regression check on the affected flow, so the fix doesn't quietly break something else. On Premium I can add targeted tests around the fixed code if you want a longer-term safety net — just ask and I'll include it in scope.
