Joined when GuestGuru was an idea and a landing page. No users, no funnel, no positioning. My job was to build everything that sits between "we have a product" and "we have revenue." First problem: nobody understood what the product was. I repositioned it from a generic chatbot to an "AI receptionist" for short-term rental hosts — that single messaging shift changed the entire demand curve. Then I built the inbound engine from zero: SEO content, LinkedIn engagement, STR community presence, and CTAs built around demo bookings. No paid spend. Generated 4-6 qualified leads per week organically. Owned the full funnel — landing pages, email sequences, onboarding checklists, demo scripts, and ran hundreds of demos myself. Peak MRR hit ~$1.2K. Partnered with platforms like Hostaway, Guesty, Hostfully, and Zeevou on co-marketing flows that drove trust and distribution without ad budget. When churn hit 30-40% at month 4, I flagged it early, tied it to specific product gaps, and presented a retention roadmap. That prevented the team from pouring growth effort into a leaking bucket. Outcome: product was acquired by Zeevou. If you're a founder with an early-stage product and no GTM system — this is exactly the kind of work I do.

Podcast Growth & Content Systems

Built and ran the outreach and content engine behind Hyperengage's B2B podcast. That meant recruiting guests through cold outreach, managing interview logistics with the host, and handling distribution across Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and other platforms. The bigger system I built was turning each conversation into a long-tail content machine — identifying high-value snippets for social, curating takeaways into blog posts, and organizing podcast data to fuel hundreds of evergreen content pieces. The goal was a repeatable system that kept the content pipeline full without starting from scratch every week. This role gave me deep exposure to B2B customer success — the challenges, workflows, and tools (Vitally, Gong, HubSpot) that CS teams rely on. That's what sharpened my understanding of how B2B SaaS companies operate beyond marketing.
