Copy-pasting data by hand doesn't scale. I write a Python script that does the extraction, so it works the same on page 500 as on page 5.
WHAT I EXTRACT
- PDF tables, invoices, statements, reports
- Website listings, directories, product pages, search results
- Paginated sites and multi-file batches
WHAT YOU GET BACK
Clean Excel or CSV: proper headers, dates that behave like dates, numbers stored as numbers. Not a raw dump you have to tidy up yourself. On Standard and Premium you also get the script, so you can rerun it whenever the source updates.
HOW I WORK
I check the output against the source before I send it. Extraction fails quietly - a column shifts, pagination stops early, half the rows go missing and nothing throws an error. Verifying rather than assuming is the actual job.
TWO THINGS TO CHECK FIRST
- Scanned or image-based PDFs need OCR. Message me, they're priced separately.
- Sites behind logins, paywalls or heavy bot protection aren't covered.

Can you extract from a scanned PDF?
Sometimes, but it needs OCR and accuracy depends on the scan quality. Send me a sample page and I'll tell you honestly what's achievable before you order.
Do I get the script or just the data?
Standard and Premium include the script, so you can rerun it yourself when the source updates. Basic is a one-off extraction and delivers the file only.
What if the website blocks scraping?
I only work with publicly accessible pages and I respect a site's terms. If a site is behind a login or blocks automated access, I'll tell you before you order rather than after.
How many pages can you handle?
Basic covers one page or one PDF. Standard covers around 20. Beyond that, message me with the source and I'll quote it - large jobs are usually cheaper per page, not more expensive.
