Do I need to send you my actual company data/files?
Absolutely not! We operate on a strict Zero-Trust policy. You only need to describe your data's structure (like column names) and provide 2-3 lines of fake "dummy" data. We will write and test the code based on that.
I don't know how to install Python or use the terminal. Can I still use this?
Yes! Let us know when you order, and we can compile the Python script into a simple .exe file. You won't need to install anything—just double-click the file and it works.
Will the script work on Mac or just Windows?
The raw .py scripts work perfectly on both Windows and Mac. However, if you request the "No-Install" standalone executable (.exe), that is for Windows only. Please mention your OS when ordering!
What if the script gives an error when I run it on my real data?
We test rigorously on dummy data, but if an edge-case error pops up on your end, don't panic! Just copy-paste the error message from your terminal into the Fiverr chat (no files needed) and we will use our Revisions to fix the code for you.
