Free call: Can we talk before I order?
Yes. Message me and we do a short call or chat, camera optional. I tell you how I'd build it and which package fits. No commitment.
Features: What counts as one feature?
One system that does one job, like a ticket system, a game server status feed or an AI assistant. Small helpers like a log channel or a button are included. Not sure? Send me your idea and I'll count it for you.
Hosting: Where does the bot run?
A bot must run 24/7. With the Hosting extra it runs on my server, monthly or for 12 months. Or I set it up on your own server. We decide before I start, so there are no surprises.
Ownership: Do I own the bot and the code?
Yes, in every package. The bot runs under your own Discord application and you get the full source code. Nobody can switch it off but you.
Examples: Can I see bots you built?
Check the gallery. In chat I can show you a live bot that's close to your idea.
AI: Can the bot use AI?
Yes. It can answer from your own guides or docs, sort tickets or draft replies. AI has small usage costs that you pay directly to the provider.
Updates: What if Discord changes something later?
If something I built breaks, I fix it. Premium includes lifetime support, Basic and Standard 14 days. Later fixes are a small custom offer.
Existing bot: Can you add features to my bot?
Yes. Send me the files first so I can check them. If a rebuild is cheaper, I tell you honestly.
Skills: Do I need tech skills?
No. Everything is set up and tested before delivery. I explain all commands in the delivery message, and admin commands stay visible only to your staff.
Languages: Which languages do you speak?
English, German fluently. The bot can also reply in more than one language. Tell me any language and we can translate it.
