● Review project specifications to understand design requirement , engineering code and standard ● Create admin catalog as per client specification ● Study Piping and Instrument Diagram and develop plot , equipment layout, nozzle orientation and piping routing plan for design drawing of project ● Prepared and updated 3D model as per design rules, work instruction, Installation guidelines and comprising of equipment, civil, piping and valves access and maintenance as well as hazardous area definition. Ensure especially environment aspects and health and safety of site personal, operators, and maintenance personnel ● Perform cable tray routing and 3d model for Tubing , JB and instrument stand ● Perform vendor data review of all vendor items within assigned area and incorporation into the model ● Check piping flexibility for stress line category using CAESAR II and Prepare the report ● Perform 3D model reviews, attend meeting HFE Comment than updated model if any, check CRS also that model is incorporated ● Extract 3D model drawing for drawing production and procurement ( Isometric, Pipe support, Cable Tray Support, Tubing support, GAD, Pipe support location and MTO & Dia inch report) ● Prepare shop drawing or detail drawing for Structure framing skid
