ZenithCore Technologies brought me in to revamp their onboarding experience using AI video modules. My task was to design and produce a series of AI video lessons that introduced new employees to company culture, policy, and tools. I used AI video tools like DeepBrain and Vyond to create 12 sleek modules with branded avatars and custom narration. Each AI video explained different facets of the organization, from compliance to team dynamics. The AI video approach allowed localization into 5 languages, making it ideal for their global workforce. Feedback showed improved retention and faster onboarding times. This AI video initiative was later extended to client-facing documentation and demos.
